A sophisticated non-alcoholic aperitif concocted by the gardeners, cooks and epicureans of Kitchen Garden Co. based at Pythouse near Tisbury in Wiltshire. Using fruits and scented greenery from their Victorian walled garden, they have created a magical ‘mash’ as a deliciously dry alternative to a G&T or alcoholic aperitif.
