Description

The Crémant de Limoux Toques et Clochers is a premium French sparkling wine crafted by the Sieur d’Arques cooperative using the méthode traditionnelle. It is made from a refined blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac grapes. The wine undergoes an extended aging process on its lees for roughly 30 to 36 months to develop its unique character. This results in a fine, creamy mousse with crisp notes of citrus and green apple complemented by rich undertones of brioche and toasted hazelnut.
