Malfy is a zesty citrus and yet classically complex gin. It’s key botanical additions are lemon peels sourced from the Italian coastline that are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before distillation. Enjoy a Malfy Martini or Malfy on the rocks.
